Examination Objectives 

  • Have a foundational understanding of securities and securities markets.
  • Broadly comprehend the functions and role of Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents (R&T Agents) within the corporate securities issuance and transaction processes.
  • Be knowledgeable about the regulatory environment in India in which R&T Agents operate.
